Two Men Killed in North York Crash

A vehicle struck a traffic-light pole near Finch Avenue West and Romfield Lane, just west of Keele Street, shortly after 4:30 a.m. this morning.

The 39-year-old driver and 42-year-old passenger were both pronounced dead at the scene. Police say speed and possible impairment are being investigated.

The crash also temporarily disrupted the Finch West LRT, with service resuming around noon.
